We want your Soft Psalm piece to feel right in your home.

Damaged or defective

If something arrives damaged or not as described, email hello@softpsalm.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it or refund you — no hassle.

Change of mind

Because each piece is printed to order, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first for a return label. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake.
